Hotelston SLU Hotelston is a wholesale (B2B) travel service reservation company. Our product Hotelston.com is used by over 10 000 travel agents and tour operators in 15+ countries. Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.
In order to provide the best support for our customers. We are growing and currently looking for an Italian Customer Support Specialist (B2B):
Tasks:
- Provide customer support by phone and email
- Manage travel service (hotel, transfer, attraction) bookings
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Manage and review contracts
- Handle special offers, stop sales
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Attention to details
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays (depends from agreement)
