Hiring Manager [[hiringManagerName]] Job Location[[workLocation]] Job Summary: Supports initiatives that drive customer service, operational efficiencies and increased profitability in models such as BIPP/FACT and low complexity VMIs. Principal Responsibilities: + Analyzes customer forecasts by bill of materials, considering supplier lead-time, to optimize the timing of inventory requirements. + Identifies and targets customer part candidates to be added to and removed from customer engagements including part management issues such as ECO activities, EOL (End-of-Life), allocations, NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable) and obsolete notifications as applicable. + Resolves issues related to logistics, customer service, and process execution + Provides data and analyzes customer details regarding customer supply chain performance and/or status, and communicates as applicable to sales and the customer. + Ensures service levels for assigned customer engagements are adhered to and met. + Works with sales, materials and the customer in monitoring inventory utilization, elevating issues for discussion and completing necessary action (including aging and Auto Plan reports.) + Completes actions in support of the safe passage process to drive expeditious and thorough implementations. + Communicates and audits planning parameters for AMPS Planning Tool. + Manages ongoing updates to the customer Supply Chain Scope of Service, Internal Service Agreement (if applicable) and contract addendums, while ensuring that partnership commitments are adhered to and met. + Assists with resolution for customer forecast variances and accuracy levels. + Participates in process and quality improvements related to key operational metrics. Job Level Specifications: + Excellent customer service skills + Understanding of basic supply chain principles/ERP knowledge + Strong analysis and problem solving skills + Ability to influence key internal and external customers + Proactive, self-motivated work style with attention to details and deadlines + Strong written and verbal communication skills required in English and Spanish. + Proficient Excel knowledge is required as well as this position requires to have good reporting skills. Work Experience: + Less than Two years of experience in a supply chain, warehouse, or customer service position. Education and Certification(s): + A Bachelor?s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience. + ESC (Electro Static Discharge) certification. Distinguishing Characteristics: + This position requires a proactive, self-motivated work style with attention to details and deadlines. + Some travel required.
